THE FOUNDER
Behind Whole Self Therapy is Lauren Cortazzo- a registered therapist, coach, and educator who believes real change happens when awareness meets action.
Known for her down-to-earth, zero-fluff approach, Lauren brings a practical and human lens to therapy and wellbeing- supporting individuals and workplaces to move beyond burnout, anxiety, and survival mode with real tools for real change.
With a background in counselling, behavioural change, and workplace wellbeing, her work bridges evidence-based therapy with holistic practices that cultivate nervous system regulation, emotional safety, and self-trust- the foundations of sustainable wellbeing and growth.
